Happy October lovely readers! Today marks the first day of Shattering Stigmas, a fantastic blogging event coordinated by Tay at Stay on the Page. This event is two weeks long and is an opportunity for the blogging community to continue the conversation about mental health and mental illness. One of the biggest goals of this event is to work towards dismantling the stigmas around mental illness. Together, the other co-hosts and I are going to be facilitating candid and open conversations about mental health and we can't wait to share them with you all.
It is the fourth year that this event has been going on thanks for so much hard work by so many amazing bloggers. This year, the hosts of Shattering Stigmas are Tay at Stay on the Page, Ben at Ace of Bens, Madalyn at Novel Ink, and Marie at Drizzle & Hurricane Books. I am so excited to be working alongside each of these amazing bloggers for this event.
